I need a install a certificate into the Trusted Root Certificates in IE 6. Does anyone know how to do this via comand line or during the unattended setup?

That didn't work, the 'official' way to do it is with CertMgr available from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en

E.G certmgr /add /c /v my_root.cer /s /r localMachine root

will add my_root.cer to the Trusted Root Certificates store
