Can't load I386\NTKRNLMP.exe into memory

When I want to boot with a unattended CD a Virtual Machine I recieve the message "Can't load I386\NTKRNLMP.exe into memory" Fault code is:14. Setup cannot continue.

What do I wrong?

Same problem I have. I use a rw cdrom and install the unattended installation on my laptop. No problem, it works fine.

But do I do it on my old compaq presario 4620 I get same message as you, and some others.

Funny....don't understand anything.

My RW cdrom is made on a 3 machine, that has nothing to do with the 2 others.
