sort files and folders

you know that windows xp sorts folders and files in separate groups (first all the folders and then all the files). i want files and folders to be sorted altogether by name.

is that possible?

Right click > sort by > name ???

Sorts folders in alphabetical order then files in alphabetical order for me.
