I recently upgraded from Win98 to XP. During the setup, I was instructed to download the CinePlayer DVD Decoder Pack due to an incompatibility issue. Now when I play a DVD, the sound and video is choppy. How is this resolved? Do I need a memory upgrade or new video card? Please advise.

1. Try to update video card driver.

2. Try to leave the speaker to the monitor at least 50 cm.

3. Try to change the new video card.
