shades Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 I recently upgraded from Win98 to XP. During the setup, I was instructed to download the CinePlayer DVD Decoder Pack due to an incompatibility issue. Now when I play a DVD, the sound and video is choppy. How is this resolved? Do I need a memory upgrade or new video card? Please advise.--shades

Try to leave the speaker to the monitor at least 50 cm.3. Try to change the new video card.
