Help with email.

How do I set my profile so I get notified by email when I get a repl to a question or a discussion.

can you email me with the answer ,I am in and out allot and I keep missing my questions or I forget that I have asked.

i'll email you, but i'll reply to the question here in case anybody else was wondering. if you look at the bottom of the thread you'll see "Track this topic". Click that As far as i know there's no way to automatically get notifications. Maybe there's a hack.
