Need help with digital photo blurry

I have a picture of my dog that died a couple of weeks ago that is blurry. I have tried to use Photoshop 6.0 to sharpen it and have been unsuccessful. Is there any body out there that can help me out? I have tried several other photo editing software and have also been unsucceful. I am not to keen on enhancing digital photos. I have other pictures of her but this one taken quickly one day turns out to be a favorite that I want to print and frame. I do not have a dot com but if some one would like to look at the picture I can email it to them. My email is trayne20@charter.net.
