ATI memory bug

I remember reading that on of the memory regtweaks wasn't recommened for ATI cards. Can someone tell me which one? thanks

I think it's changing Memory usage to System Cache from Progams. Large system cache or something. If you enable it will cause delayed write failures, basically windows is unusable.
