CBROM215.exe , flash879.exe... they are both 0kbbut i cannot remove them.. because my windows says they are in use.. i also tryed it in safe mode... same result..does someone know a way to get rid of those files....(sorry for my bad english) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SiMoNsAyS Posted June 30, 2004 Share Posted June 30, 2004 close all windows and type in the dialog run: "cmd.exe". then move to your directory like "CD C:\mydirectory and" and use the command "DEL CBROM215.exe" and then "Yes". if file has note been seen in explorer (explorer is trying to show an icon from the .exe file because of that it's in use).i forgot 1 thing: do not use quotes (") in the sentences Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tim Posted June 30, 2004 Share Posted June 30, 2004 I had this problem before.It was the AVG6 anti-virus software choking on the corrupt EXE file.Had to disable the real-time scanner to get rid of duff EXE files. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
