What's the big deal with Gmail?

I don't understand the appeal.

Well, its kinda hard to say. Gmail has a very clever "labeling" system which makes it almost like chat. It allows you to group all your mail into one thread, making it so easy keep track... and other things, unless you are using gmail, and remember, its still at beta, for a web based email service, its awesome.
