Norton Anti-virus update problem

Hi, I've just installed Norton Anti-Viurs 2004 on my computer.

When I've tried to do a LiveUpdate, I coudlnt' updated two components:

1. Norton Anti-virus professional

2. Common Clinet Core

Will some1 help me out here, please?

How do you connect to the internet?

Are you still having the problem?

Did the install go o.k.? (normal)

I connect to internet with DSL.

I uninstalled the Norton 2004 and installed it again, but the same

porblem happened.

You can go onto Norton's site and in their help section they scan your install and help fix your problems. Have you tried that?
