maybe you have recognized, that from version 2.1.2.9 and higher

there is an extra dialog at the end of installation for some

file type association. normaly, i install nve with this swiches:

/silent /SN=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx /WRITE_SN /noreboot

but this dialog dont care about this swiches.

Here are the supported Nero Vision Express switches:

/LANGUAGE=                        - Indicates explicitly installing languages
/LOG:<filename>                  - Indicates path to the logging file
/LOGLEVEL:<level>               - Indicates log level (DEBUG,INFO)
/NOCANCEL                          - Disables Cancel button in Process installation dialog
/NOLICENCE                         - Doesn't display Licence page
/NOREBOOT                          - Disables Reboot button in Bye dialog
/NO_UI                                 - Disables the user interface during a silent installation
/PATH=                                - Indicates the target path
/SILENT                                - Displays no message boxes
/SN=<serial number>            - Contains the serial number for creating shortcuts
/WRITE_SN                           - Writes the serial number into the registry
                                              Works only with retail and dummy serial numbers

Maybe the /NO_UI switch would work?
