Network Setup Wizard

everytime i try to run the network setup wizard, nothing happens. I've tryed to used the command from the Start - Run - netsetup.exe and it still doesn't work. it apears that message Yes or No, i click Yes it extract some files and then nothing happens. I think the only solution is to format but format 120GB without any entire backups it's to risky. is there someone who knows something about this ? or have the same problem ?

i've tryed to use regsvr32 netshell.dll and still doesn't work. i've tryed a system restore but i've got this problem a long time. If anyone knows who to resolve this problem without formating it would be nice

Boot from your XP CD and choose the Second Repair Option

wouldn't that delete all the updates installed ? or newer files won't be rewritten ?

all the other programs might stop working if i do that, i think. isn't there any other solution ?
