Reset Icons in Windows 98

I used Stardock's Icon Packager to change all of my icons in Windows 98. However, the trial period ended and even though it gives me the option of resetting my icons to the default ones, it doesn't do anything. I can only reset the icons on my desktop. Is there any way to restore all the icons to default?

P.S. Going to the folder options in Windows Explorer and clicking on file types only shows some of the icons.
