Mpeg time stream..

I know this can work in analog..if the time coding stream gets ruined, you can copy one ruined tape to another one with a working time sync.

I have a mpeg at the moment, and the time coding is messed up. Any way to fix that?

What happens is when I click on part of the movie, it won't go there. The time will run, but no video/audio comes up.

If i click on a different part of the time line, it goes there.

I hope this all makes sense...
