Removed as site is being updated daily. I can't update pdf daily.

i wouldn't make it just yet......trust me on this.....

besides if someone just tells me how to do it (I ahve Acrobat Pro) I can make one when I'm done and replace the old one on the site.

Ive acrobat pro mac or pc versions.

in the file menu go to make new pdf -> from webpage

then put link in. if you want all the site to download click get entire site. this will try to download all of the zip files as well but just ignore the message.

I changed the bookmarks to how i wanted it and added the end bit saying that i made it with an approved commenting stamp.
