After creating my 1st slip streamed cd with many thanks to this site; the only problem i have left is a nagging dialog box.

It appears when installing the hot fixes and I believe after WMP9MM2.EXE has been installed.

The dialog box comes with

Title = Choose directory for Extracted Files

Box = C:\windows\system32\inetsrv

Buttons = OK - Cancel – Browse

If I OK it I get another box saying
Title = Extraction Complete

Message = Extraction Complete

Buttons = OK

When I OK this the installation completes and windows works fine.

Have I missed something stupid or does anyone else have this problem ?

search before hand. I know this one off the top of my head.

it's QCHAIN.EXE

Run it in a normal windows environment, it will give you the prompt. Tell it a folder you know where it is, go to it afterwards, and there is the REAL QCHAIN.EXE. Replace the original

THANKS for that I knew it would be a simple thing to fix. Just did not know what hotfix it was coming from.
