Add Network Place +SP2 2142

I slipstreamed 2142 and installed it (via unattended) this morning.

Everthing works great except that I can not add a network place by clicking on My Network Places and then Add a network place. I get the normal screen however it just "sits" on the "Downloading information from the internet" part. The scroll bar is active and it just continually scrolls by from left to right and never stops.

It does this regardless of whether or not the firewall is on or off.

I can see the other computers in my network when I click on view workgroup computers but I can not add them to My Network Places...

Any suggestions?
