Getting Windows to install on correct drive

Ok. Here is my setup.

SATA 1 - 80 gig Main Drive (Want this to be C drive)

SATA 2 - 80 gig Storage

IDE 1 - 160 gig Storage

When I run Windows setup it always defaults the IDE 1 to the C drive.

Is it possible to have it default the SATA 1 drive to the C drive?

I can get it to work when I disconnect the IDE 1 drive but that is a big pain in the butt because I have to disassemble part of my desk to get the computer out.

Just wondering....
