mystek
You might want to start with a system that does not have the details view selected. Create a new profile, logon and open explorer. Log off, logon with a admin profile load the NTUSER.DAT registry hive key of the new profile and take a snapshot of it. Unload the hive, log off and logon with the new profile make the changes and log off. Log back in with the admin profile and reload the NTUSER.DAT hive and take a snapshot of it. On comparing the two snapshots you should find the change. I am going to try this later and hopefully get the answer.

peachy
Try this registry key:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams]"Settings"=hex:08,00,00,00,04,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,77,7e,13,73,35,cf,11,ae,\ 69,08,00,2b,2e,12,62,04,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,43,00,00,00Import it during the RunOnceEx phase. It seems to work for all my unattended images.
maxXPsoft
Applying Detail View to Windows Explorer Points somewhere else in the reg. Says you have to delete 2 keys reboot, set pref's. Then might be able to export those to keep settings.peachy On an Unattended that may work.Found this also but I think it need's reboot.;Large icons = 01;Small icons = 02;List = 03;Details = 04;Place the cursor to the left of the fifth position, hit delete and then enter the new value. One last thing, seem's getting this to stick to all folder's is a nightmare, maybe not worth the hassle. annoyances.org
