icons change after reboot

hello all,

i have windows xp sp1, i installed style xp and applied a theme jaguar, whenever i reboot the desktop icons of my computer and others changes to the default of winxp but in start menu they are same like the apple mac style?

i have to reapply the theme again and again after reboot to get the mac icons back on desktop?

any help, on how to get them permanently there
