aresgodofwar Posted June 1, 2004 Share Posted June 1, 2004 that happened to me too. after i was messing around with my sound and video settings. try setting everything to default, then try again. i think my issue was i set the sound to hardware and 64 channels, and my onboard sound chip couldn't handle it, so it rebooted my machine.after looking at your dxdiag.txt, i see you have two sound cards. one onboard and a SB Live. make sure the game is using the SB Live and the onboard sound chip is disabled.
