GreenMachine
Ideas? I would suggest you look for the source of the problem, not the workaround. That syntax works fine in SVCPACK.INF. Hundreds of unsuspecting XPCREATORS use it daily ..."Q832483.exe /C:""dahotfix.exe /q /n"" /q:a"(Your batch file may be next to SVCPACK.INF, but I do not think that is the working directory for SVCPACK, thus it does not recognize your hotfix as an application.) The hotfix is located in the Update (svcpack) directory. But where is it?Hundreds of unsuspecting XPCREATORS use it dailyBlame me, but I am trying to integrate it into W2K
GreenMachine
OK, for Windows 2000 maybe not hundreds, but plenty. Works for both. Just like this (cut and pasted from a working and tested copy)"ENU_Q8~1.EXE /Q:A /R:N /C:""DAHOTFIX.EXE /Q /N"""
