Cannt copy files during the installation

Hi friends , hope you are all fine and doing well ... I have made another Unattended installation CD and this time i'm facing a new problem . thats is when it boots from the cd and the first thing it does , start copying files right and on top it says ((( Please Wait While Setup Copies Files To The Windows Installations Folders. This Might Take Several Minutes to Complate.))))

and lots of files cannt be copied and i had to press ESC to complate the installation>> who can help me here .. and is there any way that i can verifiy the files on the cd that they all can be copied and they all work???

i dont no how to verify but i think the files are corrupted..

i once had that problem with sleap streaming service pack..

when i re-sleapstream it it worked just fine...
