System Mechanic 4 Professional

hey i was wondering if there was anyway to install only certain components of System Mechanic 4 Pro since a basic silent installation installs all the optional components (which i dont want) and also it make the noisy (as in not-silent ) the first thing it tries to install is panda AV and it pops up the dialog boxes and everything. i dont know if theres a way to extract the files from the main setup or not i right clicked it and there was no extract here option (im using winrar and have that option enabled). any help here would be appriciated.

If you download off of iolo.com the version downloadable does not include panda antivirus instead of being 35megs it is only 6 mb
