Network Drive under the installation

I have a batch-file that i converted to a com-file. The reason for this is to hide the password in the script. The script map's up a smb-share on a linux server, and use this point to do software and hotfix installation. I placed the com-file in $OEM$/$1/install - catalog and execute it from a RunOnce.cmd file. It will not run when i do the unattended installation, but after all is finished the i can run the com-file with sucess. Have some of your'e any idea to make the network map safe under the unattended progress?
