INF Files - Internet & QuickLaunch Shortcuts

So, INF files are great for registry settings, Start Menu profile changes, deleting files, etc.

According to INF file documentation, you should be able to create Internet and QuickLaunch Toolbar shortcuts.

Has anyone done this yet and if so, how?

Don't tell me that I'm on the bleeding edge here now ..

Anyone have any thoughts on this??
