I am running Windows 2003 Std. Server as workstation and have an ATI Radeon 9200 Graphics card installed.

I downloaded the new catalist drivers and I can't seem to install them properly.

The driver and control panel installs but the control panel does not start up on boot.

"Service could not be started..."
