I am trying to install tweaking experience registry guide 3 and windows installer keeps asking if it is a valid windows installer package. do i have to switch something off or use a different installer . PLease help me Thanks

maybe you have downloaded a corrupted file...try to download that again maybe disabling any download manager

i downloaded it again and opened it staight away instead of saving it to disk
