Recently, I had to reinstall Windows XP because of some stupid virus, and so I lost everything, including my Serial # for Style XP.I've sent TGT Software Support 5 E-mails so far regarding this and asking for a replacement serial, but I haven't heard a SINGLE WORD back. Anyone know how to get ahold of someone? I'm starting to get frustrated.I realize I could download the latest version and not worry about it, but I did pay for it, and so it's the principle of the thing. Ya know?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Datalore Posted May 6, 2004 Posted May 6, 2004 Hmmm, other than actually calling them up, you could try:-Posting on their forums-Use the support@tgtsoft.com email address-Use their Contact pageI don't know which methods you've already tried- if you've failed with one, try with another!
