Two instances of RunOnceExGui at the same time..

Hi all,

i've got everything about working just right, and now i find the following. Midway through the install, RunOnceExGui spawns a second instance of itself, with the pending half of the installations. These two instances run at the same time, and causes half the app installs to fail because "another installation is in progress"

What is causing this to happen? See the attached screenshot!
