Hello! I’m having issues with TeamViewer. I’ve been using the free version for a long time, mainly to help relatives who live in another city. However Teamviewer now blocks my connections and after looking into it, I realized I’ve exceeded the usage limit, which can’t be fixed.
I’m looking for an alternative. I usually connect from Windows to Windows or Windows to Mac.

I’d really appreciate your advice and am curious to know what you use for this purpose. Thanks in advance!

I was in the same situation recently. TeamViewer started blocking my connections, assuming they were for commercial use. I switched to https://www.helpwire.app/ and it’s been working well on both Windows and Mac. I’ve been using it for two months without any issues or limits since it’s free. Another solid alternative is AnyDesk, which also offers a free version.
