I entered this forum without any problems from Windows98, but unfortunately I couldn't write a message because of the complicated JS script in the comment. Anyway, this is the best I've found for Windows 98. One problem, you'll have to download browsers from Gopher:// server: gopher://shibboleths.org/1/browsers98 There are as many as 4 browsers for Windows 98 with TLS 1.3 support, as well as instructions on how to use these browsers from Windows 95. To access Gopher:// from Windows 9x, you can use Internet Explorer. In general, I once had the same problems as described here, but I solved them thanks to these browsers.
