StartAllBack 3.7.8 - Taskbars are in different locations on my 2 monitors

I am a new user of StartAllBack, and just installed version 3.7.8.  I have two monitors.  On my main monitor, I have the taskbar in the top position, but in the second monitor it is on the bottom.  I can't find the the StartAllBack configuration any place to specify the location of the taskbar on the second monitor.  What am I missing?

Right click, unlock the taskbar, then drag it like it's been since Windows 95.
