Hello I installed Windows Vista on my hp gaming pc and installed the network driver using ntoskrnl_emu_extender but when I went to go connect to the internet windows said it couldn't find any networks so I went to the network connection and it said the wifi was disabled so I enabled it but it was still disabled

1. Try rebooting with pressing F8 and select "Disable driver signature enforcement" option

2. Make sure that the "Network List Service" (NLS) is enabled, and the startup type is Automatic

3. In Device Manager, right-click that Realtek wireless adapter device, click Properties, go to Power tab, and then make sure the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option is unchecked.
