CDeWitt Posted March 17, 2023 Share Posted March 17, 2023 I installed StartAllBack because Win 11 didn't allow additional toolbars on the Taskbar and with StartAllBack they worked just as before until a few days ago. I clicked on the toolbar button and what popped up was miniature icons with blacked out text labels. I turned off the toolbars and then added them back and they came back as before but then latter it went back to mini icons and blacked out labels.
