Is it possible to install Windows XP x86 on a Dell Latitude 5490?

Hi,

Is it possible to install Windows XP x86 on a Dell Latitude 5490? I am using XP2ESD. It gets through the first stage of XP2ESD, then boots into XP, but I don't have any keyboard or mouse, but I do get sound, then finishes second stage, but after that it says that hal.dll is either missing or corrupted. How can I fix this?
