Aaron Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 You could make the shortcuts beforehand, then use COPY or the $Docs folder.Or use this command line utility: http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBM/tip6000/rh6035.htm
killerbee Posted April 22, 2004 Author Posted April 22, 2004 hi,i already thought about creating the links before, but i think there will be many problems if WinXP get's installed to another drive.I downloaded the shortcut.exe and will try it out but it looks way more promising than the other method.thankscyaKiller Bee
dkreifus Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 shortcut.exe has been the most sucessful way that i've found. i actually spent a good chunk of time researching it.Just be careful with the syntax, there are a few versions out there, that are very picky. When I get to work, I will post the shortcut link and syntax for you
killerbee Posted April 24, 2004 Author Posted April 24, 2004 hi,shortcut.exe works like a charm if i knew of that before...cyaKiller Bee
