My USB 3.0 port don't work before installing Dibya's PAE patch.

I installed Dibya's PAE patch which I downloaded from retrosystemsrevival blog. I read something like this on an old topic, and someone told something about a file called USB30.sys or something like that. If adding that file to System32 or Drivers folder would solve this, where can I find that file?
