Anyone here have an idea on how to share Internet using Telephone Line? I have a DSL internet connection and i want to share it to my friend, is it possible? Do I have to use a 3rd party program? What program?

You can't share the Internet from the telephone line directly, only from the point where the Modem is connected to. If the modem is connected to one PC, you need to set up Internet Connection Sharing on that PC.

You will need at least a crossover cable and 2 network cards to link up 2 PCs. For further expansion, its better to get a hub/switch and some straight through CAT5 cable.

Get a DSL Hardware Router if you want a stable internet share, ICS can be unreliable sometimes.
