Unattend Install of AMD PCNet for Windows NT 4.0

I'm having some troubles installing the AMD PC NET drivers for Windows NT 4.0~ The problem I'm having is the popup dialog box asking about which duplex to choose.

According to this article: HERE

I'm supposed to edit the .inf file. I tried commenting out some code to skip the dialog box, but no avail. Unfortunately, I do not know what to comment out. It's a little too complicated for me.

Just extract and open up the inf file.
