I have downloaded and installed the Service Pack 1.3 RC-1 for my Windows 98SE in the virtual PC. My problem is after my system restart. It changed my Windows 98 to some forigen language. Where can I download the English Ver. The file name I have is sesp13cz_rc1.exe. That the only one I found is the website. Did I install it wrong or something. :)
