At Boot-up a Window with a "machine code" pops up

What is the machine code for, can i turn popping that window up everytime i boot up my computer and why does it pop-up when i boot up my computer?

I'm really confused.

That code pops up if you are using one of the beta versions, or have not activated your copy (which you can only do if you donated on Big Muscle's website).
