Roboforms 7.9.22.2 Activation

I've installed Roboforms 7.9.22.2 and used the activation that came with it.  The activator said it completed successfully. But, when I go to use it I get the activation screen and won't let me use the program.  I tried using Universal Extractor and it comes up with errors. Please help.
