Steps to clean install XP up to SP4 unoffical

I would like to use an old XP laptop for a small project.

I have the original restore disks.  Clean restore to XP pre-SP1.

What are the steps I need to do after I do a complete restore of pre-SP1 to get to SP4 unofficial with POSready?

This is what I'm thinking, please tell me if this is OK or if I'm missing anything.

Clean Restore.  Install Update Agent 3.0 and reboot.  Install SP1 and reboot.  Install SP3 and reboot.  Install IE8 and reboot.  Then install SP4 unofficial?

Am I missing something?
