My Computer Menu Someplace Else

I've got a My Computer toolbar on the Taskbar.  Any toolbar can be dragged to other locations on the Desktop.

Is there an app that will create a My Computer menu someplace else, like the Tray (Notification Area) or the Quick
Launch Toolbar?  I don't mean a simple menu with a passive list of shortcuts.  I can create a menu script that will
display passive shortcuts.  I need a fully active menu that behaves exactly like a My Computer toolbar.

I never really liked having extra toolbars on the Taskbar or floating around the Desktop.  That's why I'm asking for
an app that adds a fully functional My Computer to the Tray or Quick Launch Toolbar.
