Help: "Aero Glass does not know how to hook your version of DWM"

Hello--I am not a very techie user & need help. I tried installing Aero Glass 8.1 with Windows 10, but am getting the message "Aero glass does not know how to hook into your version of DWM." I have been trying to uninstall, since I am not proficient enough to understand solution proposed in the previous thread below. But I cannot even figure out how to uninstall, as Aero Glass is not showing up on list of apps/programs. Please help me uninstall and/or fix the "hook into your version of DWM" problem. I am over my head here and would really appreciate some help. Thanks.
