Outlook 2010 Profile

Hi there

Following issue I'm trying to get runing.
We have users they only need to open outlook msg files but they don't have an exchange, pop or any other account.

This means user are starting outlook (Citrix provisioning) and the profile should be created fully automaticly.
I'm using a outlook.prf file but then after starting outlook the wizard starts asking for the account information.

How can I suppress the installation for the e-Mail account (means configure outlook with no e-Mail support).

The Problem is, I can't use any other program to display msg files. This has to be done with outlook.
