chuckysmama Posted April 7, 2004 Posted April 7, 2004 I purchased Norton Antivirus 2004 today, came home, uninstalled all of NAV 2001, put the new cd in, clicked on "Install Norton Antivirus 2004" and nothing happens. I have tried doing the "install from hard drive" as described on Symantec's website, nothing. I have no idea what to do next, please help.
kenkueh Posted April 7, 2004 Posted April 7, 2004 ever try to browse the cd? look for "setup" in the cd and double click on it. see whether that can help.
