Outlook 2007 link not opened in internet explorer

I Have windows 10 os with outlook 2007 installed. when i try to click link inside outlook, it just not open my IE browser(my defaut browser) automatically, but seems it works fine with Edge or chrome.

Suggestions here should help the file and protocol associations.
