I've been trying to get a theme atlus that looks like the windows from this Shine 2.0 theme to be used on windows 10.

To that end I was able to stumble blindly through using resource hacker to extract a .png that contains the same elements in these theme atlas. However, all the buttons and what not are in way different locations than other theme atlas I've seen posted around and I have no idea how to edit this.

If someone could make one from this? That'd be amazing. Otherwise I'd be thankful being pointed in the directions needed to make something of this.
